If the website is visited before the end of the deadline, the cookie can be used to refer to the redirection to the website of the provider (especially when an advertisement is called). Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The information that the conversion cookie collects generates conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have chosen conversion tracking.

In this case, AdWords customers (like Comtravo) are particularly aware of the total number of users who have viewed their ad and have been redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified.

Users who do not want to participate in the tracking process can generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies in the browser settings.
